My Vegetarian Braai is the brainchild of Adele Maartens. We sat down about a year ago looking at recipe ideas and over a few meetings and emails, the content of the book started to take shape. Adele quickly received the green light from Penguin Random House South Africa and the recipe writing started in earnest.
