I am so happy to announce that a new book I have worked on, My Vegetarian Braai, featuring close to 100 vegetarian and vegan barbecue recipes has been published and is available here and as an e-book. It is not always you get the opportunity to style and photographed a book and I am super proud to share the end result. My Vegetarian Braai is the brainchild of Adele Maartens and we sat down about a year ago looking at recipe ideas and over a few meetings and emails, the content of the book started to take shape. Adele quickly received the green light from Penguin Random House South Africa and the recipe writing started in earnest.
